
SHIPPING & RETURNS
Sample orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours via Royal Mail 1st Class Post.
Roll orders are processed and dispatched within 7 to 21 days via tracked & signed courier service.
Lead time for bespoke products, vinyls and products with commercial coating is 3-4 weeks.
Please allow the following delivery times after dispatch: UK 1-3 days/ EU 3-5 days / USA & Canada 5-10 days / Rest of the
World 7-14 days.
Please be advised that these are guidelines, delivery time may vary depending on stock levels. A customer service representative will be sure to advise you on expected delivery time related to your specific order.
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive automated tracking information to your email address with the reference number and where to track.
We recommend customers orders samples before purchasing goods. Images online are as accurate as possible to match the product but can differ for those shown.
US customers will be responsible for import duties and local taxes.
RETURN ONLY DUE TO A FAULTY PRODUCT
We will make every effort to ensure you receive exactly what you have ordered in perfect condition, however If you receive a faulty or damaged order please inform us immediately, or anytime up to 14 days of receipt by email to info@artmurale.com
Please include your order number in all communications. Once the damage is verified we will arrange a refund or exchange. We only replace items If they are defective or damaged.
You can only return your order within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, and in the same condition that you received the wallcovering with a print discoloration or defect. It must also be in the original wrapping and packaging. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your order. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Please note that all bespoke, contract and vinyl products are non-returnable. Your statutory rights to refund or exchange still apply If the goods are faulty or not as described.
All products should be inspected prior to hanging. No claim be accepted after wallcoverings have been cut and hung, our responsibility is limited to the cost of the replacement wallpaper.
All our wall murals and removable wallpapers are printed on-demand.
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase! Therefore If you are unhappy with your order, we will work with you to resolve any issue you may have had and ensure you are 100% happy with your wall mural(s).
Note that since all items are printed on-demand and to your specifications, Easywallz Inc, does not offer refunds, exchange or returns on any of its products, except for: incorrect, damaged and defective items, within 30 days of the date of receipt.
If you wish to return your incorrect, damaged or defective item for an exchange, please contact our customer service by email at hello@artmurale.com for a return authorization. Items must be returned in unused and intact condition in the original shipping package.
